- The event that helps to make ski club happen...will soon be here!!! This is how we pay for the club's condo access this year. This is also how we get geared for the new season that is right in front of us! This is the swap that we're talking about! The BIGGEST and the BEST and now the ONLY swap in SACRAMENTO!
- We need your help to make it happen. Everyone that helps gets a free staff swap shirt for 2 days of help. We'll give you free breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and as said before, first peek, with the ability to register all your ski equipment free of charge. There is ALWAYS something great to find there!
- This is how it will go off for the 2000 Ski Swap @ CSUS...
If you have any other questions, email the club at skiclubatcsus@hotmail.com, or feel free to call or email any officer.
Take a break from those studies, dig out those rollerblade pads and medical plan documents, and see how fun broomball can be! For this event we descend upon the local ice rink sometime in the fall and spring!
Iceland is at 1430 Del Paso Blvd, and we’ve got the brooms and balls, all you have to do is make it there, when we plan it!
For this event there is usually a meeting, then off to a local resturaunt until we can get in there around 10:15pm for some grueling competition. So come join the ski club for some action at the ice rink, and see if you can score!
As Ski Club tradition carries on, we always have another Pray for Snow Party! As all those who attend know, an exciting ritual (party) will occur to summon the Snow Gods for yet another ski season reckoning. Fully engrossed in the excitement to come, dressed in one or more pieces of our ski attire, we will chant, drop to our knees , and plead to have the miracle of snow upon us. Something tells me our prayers will be answered, but we have to gather in very large numbers sometime in November to have the miracle of snow upon us very soon. As Eric “the Healer” would say, get your chakra in tune, for some good old fashioned snow chanting!!! Bring your favorite snow chant and read it aloud!!!
